Kicking off the New Year

We were so blessed in 2008 and we have so much to look forward to in 2009. The most exciting thing is that we are anxiously awaiting the birth of our baby boy in March. Notice how at almost 8 months pregnant I am still saying baby boy....that is because we have NO NAMES. Hubby and I have gone through thousands of names of we don't even have any contenders. Sweet Pea is still somewhat oblivious about the pending arrival. She points to my belly and says baby, but she also points to her belly and says baby. We have been talking a lot about babies and this week we will be checking out our local library for some books to read about siblings. She has her baby which she loves to carry around, feed, rock, and put to sleep. She also likes to bang the baby's head on the floor and poke at its eyes. In the next month we will be taking steps to get ready for the baby, including moving Sweet Pea to a big girl bed so stay tuned for that.

It has been brought to my attention that there have been no postings of the baby belly so as soon I a get the courage/energy to step in front of a camera that will be fixed.
